The waiting room is very comfortable with complimentary popcorn, cookies and water. There is also additional snacks offered for a small fee. The staff are very nice and hospitable. They were accurate with my wait time and gave me updates during my wait time. The seats are comfortable with a large tv and plenty of places to charge my devices. The wait did not seem as long as it was because of the comfort of the lobby. The bathrooms were also really clean. 10 out of 10, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was a difficult sale because I was out of state. Let me tell you from a small business owner point of view. These people are true professionals They worked with me by phone over a week. (Time was on me not them). I had a car fax issue with my trade in. Which was truly a car fax issue , wrong Vin reported on an oil change. Which had wrong mileage. Yes that is reported I guess and can cause an issue ) but getting it resolved was challenging since car fax doesn’t have a direct line. You summit a ...

Tyre was knowledgeable on the vehicle we purchased. Answered all questions, was not pushy at all, and was honest with us.
Had a tire leak on the highway and called Garber. Was able to come in right away. Ended up needing a new tire and they helped me out with it. Great experience working with Dean as well.
I just took my van in for a front end/steering issue. Long story short. They fixed the issue that had been misdiagnosed a few times by others. My advisor Keith communicated thoroughly and often. I'm very pleased with how it steers and handles now. Thanks Garber Chevrolet!

I have bought many cars over the years, probably too many😀. But I have to say Garber Chevrolet Highland was THE best experience at a car dealer I've ever had. From the sales person Mike, Steve!(thanks buddy!), the waiting area girls(thanks for the cookies!), 5-Star Char!😉, the managers, finance director, and everyone else in between, they all went above and beyond. Dave from Parts was especially helpful and kind. He was able to get what they needed for my Silverado quicker than I was given an estimate on. Definitely a repeat customer here.
I called in asking about a weird wobbly/shaking sound my car has been making, and Dave stepped me through what could be the possible issues. He put my mind at ease when he explained that the price of the evaluation goes towards repairs. He was super nice, and seems really down to earth (which is great, because I am an idiot when it comes to my car maintenance).
