Great service!

Service department personnel as always were great. Service mechanic was great and went over all repairs.

Manny Martinez is the best sales person in north west India. I am a father who wanted to buy a good used car for my children. I had a plan to spend $12000.00 on a safe used car for my children. For three weeks I looked at every new and used car dealership in the region. What I found was high mileage mechanically failing automobiles at my price range. I was shocked. I asked about a lease option and was told $ 4,000.00 down and $400.00 a month. This was not in my budget. I wanted something safe and reliable. I finally broke down and decided to give the kids my car, and I would buy some high mileage POS this I could live with. So I whent out and tried three attempts none successfully happened. At every deal after the price had been agreed upon something changed. There was a prep charge, my sales person misspoke on the price had gone up Three to Four Thousand dollars. What happened to we shake hands to the numbers on paper and you have a deal. I was beside myself I didn't think I could find a car that was in my budget. Then I saw a New car special at Garber Chevrolet. My wife told me it was a scam. I thought so to but I called, and asked for sales. Manny Martinez answer my call and I asked if this was a real deal. Manny replied yes would you like to come in and see the car. I made the appointment. At Garber Chevrolet I was greted by Manny Martinez. Wait! He was not a chat bot or some telephone salesperson in the back waiting to hand me off to the next sales person. OK but this deal still couldn't be real. Manny took me out showed me a 2026 TrailBlazer. He answered all of my questions and took me out for a test drive. This car was safe, this car had a warranty, this was the car for my children. So I asked again is this the real price. Manny responded YES plus tax and license. I still couldn't believe this! We Arived back at Garber Chevrolet I followed Manny to his desk and we whent over the numbers. Manny offered options when I said no he never pushed. When I asked about upgrading he gave me what I wanted within my budget. Manny then whent up to the dreaded sales managers desk. I thought here we go he's coming back with someone else. The sales manager welcomed me shook my hand and told me Manny was going to take care of me, if I have any questions please let him know. It was time. The paper on the desk I was shocked the numbers hadn't changed. I shook Manny's hand we had a deal. Manny got me to finance. He then helped me drive my new car home. My wife was shocked! She never thought we were getting a new car for the kids. Manny pulled into my driveway with a porter presented my wife with roses, Thanked us for the opportunity. My wife and I were in shock! Manny Martinez had accomplished in 2 hours what we were trying to accomplish for 3 weeks. Great experience

Friendly and quick service.

This dealer is fine to service, reps are ok, depends who you get or request. Although the oil change was surprisingly under an hour, most likely cause it was the end of the day, they failed to address the concern I added in the notes. The concern was my squeaking trunk door- it was not addressed. I’m sure it was missed because the techs just wanted to finish their day. Maybe next time.

Omar and Victor were very helpful and assertive when finding me the car I wanted.

Gina is phenomenal. She has always taken care of any issues I've had with my Chevy and provided me with Greta options. She is the best. Char is wonderful as well. All issues resolved with my vehicle issues quickly and for a great reasonable price
